Bhavin Parshottam Solicitor

Bhavin joined Simpson Western’s Commercial team as a Solicitor in July 2023

Prior to joining Simpson Western, Bhavin specialised in asset structuring, estate and succession planning, and trust law at a well-established and long-standing firm in the Waikato. Bhavin’s exposure to asset planning within private client practice offers a unique insight and distinct perspective in commercial practice as the bigger picture of one’s legal affairs can be considered.

Bhavin grew up on the North Shore and attended both the University of Auckland and Victoria University of Wellington for tertiary studies.

Outside of work, Bhavin is an accredited cricket umpire and has officiated both domestically and in Sydney.
