We seek a Legal Executive with a broad range of property experience to work in our Takapuna office. In this role, you will provide legal support to commercial property investors, developers and private clients, many of whom have longstanding relationships with Simpson Western.
The successful candidate will possess the following qualities:
- A minimum of 5 years PQE;
- Strong experience in the areas of conveyancing, refinancing and trusts;
- Good commercial acumen and the ability to offer practical solutions;
- A positive, motivated and diligent attitude; and
- Ideally, have strong links to the North Shore.
