Simona Hulton

Simona also has extensive experience in property, private client and trust law having worked in our firm’s property and private client team for several years assisting clients with commercial and residential property purchases and sales, refinances, commercial leases, building contracts and general property legal advice.

Prior to joining Simpson Western, Simona specialised in construction law at a boutique law firm in Auckland’s CBD. This diverse experience means Simona can advise clients on a wide range of matters.

When I am not lawyering, I enjoy spending time with my young family and friends, getting lost in a gripping book, exploring new travel spots, indulging in great food and coffee, or spending time at the beach.
