Robert Clark

Robert has significant experience in all aspects of property law from the considerable time he has spent as a property law partner here. He advises a range of commercial and private clients on commercial and residential property transactions including the drafting and negotiating of commercial leases.

Robert also leads a team that specialises in advising clients about their asset protection, lifestyle planning and trust requirements.

Robert is involved in his local business community and is a long-standing Governance Board Member of the Takapuna Beach Business Association. The Board has been influential in transforming Takapuna into a vibrant and flourishing retail and commercial centre.

Away from work, Robert enjoys classical music and jazz.  Robert is proud to support the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra. He is a trustee of the Auckland Philharmonia Foundation, a charitable trust that supports the long-term future of Auckland’s professional symphony orchestra.  On a personal level, Robert enjoys playing the piano, but despite many lessons, he admits he has probably reached his potential!

Robert has played in and coached youth cricket teams with some success. He also enjoys post-war British and European cars and is the proud owner of a beautiful 1969 Lancia Fulvia.
