Louise Fryer

Louise’s property experience includes assisting with acquisitions and disposals of both residential and commercial properties as well as carrying out refinancings and subdivisions. She enjoys helping clients to achieve their goals, whether big or small, and approaches work in a pragmatic and efficient way. Louise joined Simpson Western in 2025 bringing with her over thirteen years of New Zealand property law experience as a legal executive.

Louise recently completed her LLB at the University of Auckland, undertaking her final semester as an exchange student at Utrecht University in the Netherlands.  Louise is due to graduate and will be admitted to the High Court as a Solicitor in the second half of 2025.

Outside of work, Louise enjoys going to the gym, walking and hiking, socialising with friends.
