Lesley’s property expertise includes the areas of acquisitions and disposals, subdivisions and leasing. Acting for both developers and purchasers, Lesley has significant experience in project development from inception to completion, including off the plan sales and purchases, project financing and Overseas Investment Office Exemption Certificate applications.
Prior to joining Simpson Western, Lesley spent six years as Head of Projects at a leading boutique commercial property law firm in Auckland’s CBD. As well as bringing extensive knowledge in commercial and residential property transactions and developments, Lesley enjoys making a real difference to clients across all types of transactions.
