Lesley Thomson

Lesley’s property expertise covers the areas of subdivision, unit title, due diligence and leasing. Acting for both developers and purchasers, she also has significant experience in project development from inception to completion, including off-the-plan sales and purchases.

Prior to joining Simpson Western, Lesley spent six years as Head of Projects at a leading property law firm in Auckland’s CBD. As well as bringing extensive knowledge in both commercial and residential property transactions and developments, Lesley enjoys making a real difference to clients across all transactions.
