Ken has been with Simpson Western since 2003 and became a partner in 2011. His diverse expertise means he can help both business and personal clients with a wide range of issues, from business and trust structuring to commercial leases and property, through to asset protection and lifestyle planning.
Before joining us, he worked for Deloitte in Auckland as a tax consultant – and before that, he enjoyed a stint in London working at Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank in their legal and compliance departments.
A ‘country boy’ at heart, Ken spends lots of time up north on the family farm, often in the hay paddock or in the shearing shed. When not coaching his son Leo’s rugby teams, he enjoys fishing, diving and hunting and most other outdoor activities and sports. He likes nothing more than getting out on the boat with his wife Carlee and his two children Leo and Phoebe and pulling in some nice snapper.
