Jess has over a decade of experience advising clients on complex relationship property, trust and estate matters including structuring advice and disputes on separation.
After completing her studies at Otago University, Jess worked at a provincial South Island firm before heading to London where she worked for the Treasury Solicitor’s Department in a large litigation team.
She is an experienced advocate and has represented clients in numerous mediations and litigation matters both in New Zealand and the UK. Jess is also experienced in assisting clients in contentious matters arising under the PPPR Act, including applications for property manager / welfare guardian, and disputes relating to enduring powers of attorney.
Outside of work Jess is kept busy by her two young boys and appreciates nothing more than peace and quiet to read a good book.
