With significant experience in helping negotiate and mediate successful outcomes, Bridget’s approach is client-centric.
“The people of an organisation are often its biggest asset, and navigating the employment relationship requires both technical legal knowledge, and practical decision making. I take pride in equipping my clients to balance pragmatism and commercial considerations against legal risks – to make the best decision in employment disputes.”
Outside of work, Bridget enjoys being part of her local community, and is a parent representative on the Board of Trustees of Coatesville School. She enjoys spending time with her young family outside, or on the water (on the small family vessel ‘Driftwood‘), and attending to the never ending to-do list on their rural lifestyle property.
