Anna is an experienced and effective advocate who focuses on helping clients prevent disputes as well as assisting clients to resolve disputes when they arise. Anna assists clients by providing advice that is practical, aligns with their commercial objectives and manages risk effectively.
She demonstrates significant strengths in identifying and managing risk effectively, developing and delivering on strategic approaches to clients’ disputes and in presenting arguments persuasively to best achieve clients’ objectives.
Anna has developed strong relationships with the independent bar and frequently assists leading barristers as instructing solicitor on a wide range of commercial disputes.
Anna is a committee member with the Auckland Women Lawyers’ Association, a representative organisation of women involved in the legal profession. Anna is also a member of Young AMINZ (Arbitrators’ and Mediators’ Institute of New Zealand) and volunteers as a mentor with the University of Auckland Law School Women’s Mentoring Programme.
