Sarah O'Grady Senior Solicitor

Sarah is a Senior Solicitor in our Finance and Insolvency team, providing a wide variety of advice and support, from security and regulatory advice, through to advising clients on recoveries and in insolvency scenarios.

Sarah has a solid background in all areas of civil litigation and business law. The benefit of this is that she can anticipate risk from the outset and knows how to mitigate the risk, and continue to act if there’s a need to resort to litigation.

She not only provides specialist advice to finance companies and insolvency practitioners, but also advises businesses and individuals on everyday solvency, security and/or debt recovery scenarios. She has particular experience advising clients in the motor vehicle finance industry on credit and consumer law, and with regards to repossession and recovery.

Sarah leads a very active lifestyle when outside of the office. She represents New Zealand in the sport of triathlon and has just completed her first Full Ironman in Taupo.
