Monica is a member of our property team. After specialising in property work for over 25 years, you could say she is Simpson Western’s ‘resident expert’ in residential property.

Monica works very closely with our clients when they’re buying or selling residential property, including apartments and new builds. Monica also has particular expertise with leasehold properties.

Monica enjoys watching rugby league and has been a loyal season supporter of the New Zealand Warriors since the club's inception - with the hope that a Grand Final win can't be too far away! Monica also enjoys travel and reading.
