Andrée Talbot Senior Solicitor

Andrée is a member of our property and private client teams. She specialises in lifestyle and retirement village planning for seniors, including retirement village occupation licences, wills and enduring powers of attorney. She also advises clients on commercial leasing issues (for landlords and tenants) together with residential and commercial sales and purchases.

Andrée particularly enjoys working with our older clients as they transition from a family home to a new lifestyle in a retirement village – and can be called on to offer practical, expert advice for her clients.

Outside of work hours Andrée enjoys walking, going to the movies (she is an avid James Bond fan!). A confirmed ‘Shore Girl’, Andrée has lived in Devonport for most of her life, apart from a five-year OE in London working in investment banking.    

Andrée has been involved with The Royal New Zealand Plunket Society since 1996, holding a variety of local and regional positions over the years before joining its national board in 2007 and becoming Plunket's New Zealand President in 2015 She is also a member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.
